  • All tickets purchased for Advocacy Con are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it helps us plan and deliver the best possible experience for all attendees.

    In the event that an attendee encounters extenuating circumstances that prevent their attendance, we have provided a form for requesting consideration. Please fill out the Cancellation Request Form with details of your situation. We will review each case individually and determine if alternative options are available.

    If approved, the ticket price may be applied as a credit towards a future conference organized by our team. Alternatively, the ticket may be transferred to another person at no additional charge. Please note that any transfer requests must be made in writing to our team at info@advocacycon.com at least 30 days prior to the event.

    We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we strive to be accommodating within our capacity. We encourage attendees to reach out to us as soon as possible in case of any cancellation or transfer requests.
