    Eric Carter-Landin is a dedicated advocate, co-founder of AdvocacyCon, and the founder of Angels' Voices Silenced No More. He passionately fights for justice, including advocating for his baby brother Jacob Landin's case. Through his organization, Eric provides crucial support services to victims' families, amplifying their voices and empowering them in their pursuit of justice.

    As the host and producer of the True Consequences Podcast, Eric sheds light on the impact of crime in New Mexico. He amplifies the stories of victims and their families, bringing insightful conversations that challenge people to act. Eric's commitment to bringing awareness to unsolved cases and supporting victims' families is the driving force behind everything he does. Eric's hope for AdvocacyCon is to create a united front in the fight for justice, ensuring that no voice goes unheard.

  • Melissa Leinweber

    CO-FOUNDER

    Melissa Leinweber is a woman who wears many hats in her life, from being an ethical true crime podcast host to a loving mother to two teenage boys. As a book enthusiast and a dedicated volunteer, Melissa's journey is a blend of passion, empathy, and a thirst for knowledge. As the wife of a retired Air Force serviceman, her life has taken her to different corners of the United States, exposing her to various cultures and experiences.

    Professionally, Melissa has a background as a business analyst, bringing her analytical mind and problem-solving skills to any challenge she encounters. Melissa is a passionate advocate for causes close to her heart. She co-founded Advocacy-Con, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to drive positive change through advocacy and awareness campaigns. Through Advocacy-Con, she has harnessed her skills to make a meaningful impact on issues she deeply cares about. Melissa’s story continues to evolve as she navigates her dedication to family, her commitment to social change, and her capacity to excel in various roles.

    CO-FOUNDER

    Whitney St. Andre is a woman who can only describe herself as a doer. As a mother, ethical true crime podcast host, wife, entrepreneur, and advocate, she lives by the motto “do more”. Whether it’s her two son’s extracurricular activities or participating in a search for a missing person, Whitney is the first to volunteer.

    With a creative background and degree in mass communications, she utilizes her imaginativeness to think outside of the box. As the co-host of Navigating Advocacy podcast, Whitney uses the platform to create awareness and encourage listeners to “do more”. Her hopes for AdvocacyCon is to empower others to take action.
